Rodney Parker & 50 Peso Reward are set to unleash their second full-length effort The Lonesome Dirge on April 8th and have jumpstarted the release with an aggressive tour that took them out West last month in support of the new record.

Americana Radio throughout the nation has just started to embrace The Lonesome Dirge, and early press reviews of it have been universally positive - with some already claiming that it will end up as one of the Top Ten Albums of 2008!

The alt-country quintet will be performing a slew of live shows in their Texas homestate before traversing the rest of the country in late Summer, and then heading overseas for a late Fall tour of the UK and Benelux countries.
